Liquidated Damages for Theft

Any individual or entity found to be in violation of this copyright will be subject to a mandatory fine of $100,000 per violation, in addition to legal fees and any actual damages incurred.

  • No Financial Obligation: DFW Sod Installation does not owe money, refunds, or compensation to homeowners beyond the specific terms explicitly stated in a signed, written work contract for a specific project.
  • Assumption of Risk: Natural products (such as sod, trees, and plants) are subject to environmental conditions. We do not guarantee the survival of living assets once installed if the provided care instructions are not strictly followed.
  • Property Conditions: DFW Sod Installation is not liable for underlying property issues, including but not limited to, pre-existing foundation cracks, plumbing issues, or soil shifting caused by North Texas's expansive clay.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
